Julio Lugo Starts At Shortstop, Nick Stavinoha Optioned Out
While the St. Louis Cardinals decide what to do with two shortstops — when to activate Khalil Greene and whether to DL Brendan Ryan – Julio Lugo will assume the starting job for at least one against his former team, the Houston Astros.
