Monday won't be Cardinals reliever Josh Kinney's first opening day in St. Louis, but it might as well be. Kinney was driven around the outfield track at the 2007 opener, but as his fiancee, Jorni Ankekin, eagerly snapped pictures, Kinney barely could raise his right arm to acknowledge the fans and, frankly, said he didn't deserve to be there at all.
