• No real talk of picking up a free agent, either promotion or trading a prospect.
• Todd Wellemeyer looked real well, even though he said he didn't have his best stuff.
• Joe Mather takes over RBI lead.
• Ryan Ludwick having trouble loosening up due to his lifting over the winter.
• Allen Craig will have to find a position in order to get to the majors with Cardinals. Move to first base at Triple-A Memphis in 2009. Maybe outfielder, but erratic arm. Trading chip possibly.
