The Golden Baseball League (GBL) announced today that an agreement has been reached with the Jay Zucker, former owner of the Triple-A Tucscn Sidewinders to bring the Tucson Toros back to professional baseball and play as a member of the GBL at Hi Corbett Field for the 2009 season.
