The St. Louis Cardinals, the Memphis Redbirds Baseball Foundation and Blues City Baseball have officially announced the signing of a non-binding letter of intent to begin the process of the Cardinals purchasing the Memphis Redbirds franchise from the Memphis Redbirds Baseball Foundation.
