Jason Motte to make MLB debut as Brendan Ryan, Brian Barden, Mark Johnson, Kelvin Jimenez and Randy Flores are also being called up to the St. Louis Cardinals. In addition, Chris Carpenter and Josh Kinney are being activated from the disabled list.
