Kevin Slaten plans to continue with his wrongful termination lawsuit against KFNS radio despite a judge ruling against him this week in a related case. And he lashed out at the judge who ruled Slaten has to stay off KFNS' competitors airwaves until October, saying his decision smacks of communism.
