St. Louis' top draft choice last year, Owasso's Pete Kozma, is batting .279 at low Single-A Quad Cities with three homers and 21 RBIs. St. Louis player development director Jeff Luhnow recently said on the Cardinals' radio network that Kozma is "the total package" and that he could be promoted soon to high Single-A Palm Beach.
