After helping Brownsburg to a state title and being named Indiana Mr. Baseball in 2005, Lance Lynn was on the fast track for success. Lynn was drafted by the Seattle Mariners in the sixth round of the 2005 Major League Baseball draft following his senior year in high school, but decided to play college baseball at the University of Mississippi.
