The Birdhouse learned late Thursday night, that Memphis right-handed pitcher, Mitchell Boggs, is being promoted to St. Louis. Boggs will be the eighth St. Louis Cardinal to make his major league debut in 2008. In 12 starts, at Triple-A, he is 5-1 with a 3.28 ERA. He will be joining the team in Houston on Friday.
