The big boys, Mather and Phelps, push the Redbirds over .500 for the first time in a month. Springfield got a little revenge along with Tyler Herron’s best start at Double-A. Palm Beach took on one of the minors’ top pitchers but the final score didn’t show it. The Quad Cities lost late while the VSL team scored late to win.
