Said it will transfer $15,000 from the Dwyer Stadium capital account to stadium repair and maintenance. The ballpark’s principal tenant is the Batavia Muckdogs, whose management and operation have been taken over by the Rochester (Red Wings) Community Baseball Club. The funds for the city-owned stadium are needed to prepare the field for the Muckdogs’ New York-Penn League season staring in mid-June.
