Terry Evans(Angels):
Nine players were reassigned to the Minor Leagues: right-handers Nick Adenhart and Alex Serrano, infielders Hainley Statia, Kendry Morales and Brandon Wood, outfielders Terry Evans and Dee Brown and catchers Ryan Budde and Bobby Wilson.

Woody Williams(Free Agent):
Teams make bold and difficult decisions multiple times through the course of a Major League season, and it's safe to say about 90 percent of the time, those decisions aren't met with rousing approval from the players.

Daric Barton(Athletics):
Also Saturday, rookie first baseman Daric Barton was scratched from the starting lineup with left wrist soreness. Barton said it's the same pain that kept him out of Cactus League action early in the spring, adding that he expects to play Tuesday after taking the next two days off.

David Eckstein & Scott Rolen(Blue Jays):
David Eckstein is an excitable, hard-working shortstop sparkplug who is a needed reminder of all that is beautiful about baseball. He provides the leadership, energy and other intangibles that aren't always apparent on the back of his baseball card.

Abraham Nunez & Chris Narveson(Brewers):
The team has until Sunday afternoon to formalize its 25-man roster. When it does, four players still active in Major League camp as of Saturday evening will be assigned to Triple-A Nashville: pitchers Steve Bray and Chris Narveson and infielders Ozzie Chavez and Abraham Nunez.

Brian Falkenborg(Dodgers):
Because of the number of injured infielders, the Dodgers will likely go with 11 pitchers and keep an extra position player. There's a scramble for the last spot in the bullpen that includes former Dodger Chan Ho Park, rookie Ramon Troncoso and non-roster veterans Brian Falkenborg, Mike Koplove and Greg Jones.

Fernando Tatis(Mets):
Clark and Tatis each played, finishing hitless in a combined four at-bats. So if the Mets were looking for some Saturday inspiration to make their decisions, they found none.

Dmitri Young & Ronnie Belliard(Nationals):
Manager Manny Acta made two decisions this weekend that didn't surprise anyone. Nick Johnson will start at first base, and shortstop Cristian Guzman and Ronnie Belliard will be the double-play combination.

Troy Percival & Al Reyes(Rays):
Percival is 12th on the all-time saves list with 324, but he hasn't earned a single save in nearly two and a half years. That should change if he remains healthy this season. Adding him has allowed the Rays to move last year's closer, Al Reyes, who had 26 saves in 2007, to a setup role, which adds depth to the late-inning situation.

Kent Mercker(Reds):
As of Saturday, the Reds have confirmed six of the seven bullpen spots. David Weathers, Jeremy Affeldt, Francisco Cordero, Todd Coffey, Kent Mercker and Jared Burton are all in.

Jolbert Cabrera(Reds):
For the second straight day, the Reds made a trio of reassignments. Prior to Saturday's final Spring Training game, Jim Brower, Jolbert Cabrera and Jerry Hairston Jr. were reassigned to Minor League camp. The move puts Cincinnati's healthy roster at 28, with three cuts remaining to be made before Monday's Opening Day.

Mike Lincoln(Reds):
Mike Lincoln, who is still competing for the Reds' final spot in the bullpen, retired all three batters he faced, striking out one.
