Matt Morris was rumored in mid-December to be in a multi-player deal to go to the Padres before they picked up Randy Wolf and Mark Prior. With the Pirates still trying to shed payroll, wouldn't it make sense for the Cardinals to try to swing a deal for Morris and Buckos shortstop Jack Wilson?
