The 2020 MLB season has been thrown into significant question by the coronavirus pandemic. Though reports indicate the common belief by MLB stakeholders that the 2020 season—in same way, shape or form—will eventually take place, the obstacles for such an outcome should not be underestimated. Like every other major North American sports league, Major League Baseball has yet to resume. It’s conceivable it never does in 2020.
