Former Cardinals Playing In College 2-21-2020: Adam Kerner Hits A Three-Run Homer; Logan Hofmann Strikes Out Ten & Allows Two Runs Over Eight Innings For The Win; Jaden Hill Strikes Out Five Over Two & Two-Thirds Scoreless Innings


Cade Cabbiness (former 2016 draft selection-Oklahoma St) started in right field and batted fifth.  1-for-2 with one double and one run.


Saul Garza (former 2017 draft selection-LSU) started as designated hitter and batted fourth.  1-for-4 at the plate.
Jaden Hill (former 2018 draft selection-LSU) entered in the sixth and pitched 2.2 innings.  He allowe done hit, no runs, three walks, threw one wild pitch, and struck five out.  (g/f:1-2)


Logan Hofmann (former 2019 draft selection-Northwestern St) started and pitched eight innings.  He allowed three hits, two unearned runs, and struck ten out for the winning decision (2-0).  (g/f:3-11)


Adam Kerner (former 2017 draft selection-San Diego) started in left field and batted fifth.  1-for-4 with one home run, three RBIs, one run, and committed one error.


Chris Newell (former 2019 draft selection-Virginia) started in centerfield and batted ninth.  0-for-2 with two walks and committed one error.


Alerick Soularie (former 2018 draft selection-Tennessee) started in centerfield and moved to left, batting sixth.  1-for-3 with one run, one walk, and one strikeout.
