The St. Louis Cardinals and The Cordish Companies celebrated a major milestone today of the $260 million expansion of Ballpark Village with the opening of the Class-A Office Tower – The PwC Pennant Building – marking the first building to open within the second phase. Anchored by PwC, a global network of firms delivering assurance, tax and consulting and longtime major employer in downtown St. Louis, The PwC Pennant Building opens as the first new construction office building built in downtown St. Louis in more than a generation.
