Octavio Dotel Arrested In Drug Ring
Authorities in the Dominican Republic have arrested former MLB pitcher Octavio Dotel and and cited ex-infielder Luis Castillo for their alleged links to a drug-trafficking and money-laundering ring, officials said Tuesday.
