Former Cardinals Playing In The Mexican League 7-23-19: Miguel Socolovich Strikes Out One Over One Hitless/Scoreless Inning; Rainel Rosario Drives In One Run; Alex Mejia Singles Twice

Alex Mejia (former St. Louis-Monclova) started at shortstop and batted second.  2-for-4 with one strikeout and assisted in two double plays.

Monclova beat Tijuana 3-2

Richy Pedroza (former Peoria-Aguascalientes) started at shortstop and batted leadoff.  0-for-4 with one walk and assisted in one double play.
Nestor Molina (former MiLB signing-Aguascalientes) started and pitched 4.2 innings.  He allowed nine hits, six earned runs, one home run, one walk, and struck three out for the losing decision (4-9).  (p-s:80-49)(g/f:8-2)

Francisco Rivera (former Palm Beach-Laguna) started as designated hitter and batted sixth.  1-for-4 with one strikeout.

Rainel Rosario (former Springfield-Saltillo) started in left field and batted leadoff.  0-for-5 with one RBI and one strikeout.

Saltillo beat Durango 8-4

Xavier Scruggs (former St. Louis-Yucatan) started in right field and moved to first base, batting fifth.  0-for-5 with two strikeouts.

Yucatan beat Tabasco 7-2

Oaxaca placed Pedro Rodriguez (former MiLB signing) on the reserve list.
