Cardinals Expected To Sign Venezuelan Shortstop Jeremy Rivas
The Cardinals are out of the penalty box for the first time in the last two years, so they're no longer restricted to signings of $300,000 or less. One player they're expected to sign is Jeremy Rivas, a shortstop from Venezuela.
