It looks like more waiting and frustration for St. Louis Cardinals 24-year-old pitcher Alex Reyes, who left a game in the second inning on Sunday with an apparent injury. General manager Mike Girsch gave KMOX an update on Monday and it sounds like the team will be cautions with their long-time No. 1 prospect.
