Former Cardinals Playing In The Mexican League 6-9-19: Carlos Peguero Collects Three Singles, One Double, & Four RBIs; Rainel Rosario Walks & Hits A Three-Run Homer; Kevin Medrano Singles, Walks, Homers, & Drives In Two Runs

Kevin Medrano (former 2011 draft selection-Mexico) started in left field and batted ninth.  2-for-3 with one home run, two RBIs, two runs, one walk, and one strikeout.

Mexico beat Quintana Roo 10-2

Cedric Hunter (former Memphis-Leon) started as designated hitter and batted third.  2-for-3 with one double, one run, and one walk.

Puebla beat Leon 8-5

Niko Vasquez (former Springfield-Tijuana) entered late in the game at shortstop and batted leadoff.  0-for-1 with one strikeout.
Carlos Peguero (former Memphis-Tijuana) started in right field and batted fourth.  4-for-6 with two doubles, four RBIs (two w/two-outs), one run, and one strikeout.

Tijuana beat Laguna 20-11

Saltillo beat Aguascalientes 8-3

Alex Mejia (former St. Louis-Monclova) started at shortstop and batted ninth.  1-for-2 with two RBIs and one stolen base.

Monterrey beat Monclova 7-4
