Richy Pedroza (former Peoria-Aguascalientes) started at shortstop and batted second.  1-for-4 with one two-out RBI, one run, one walk, one stolen base, and two strikeouts.

Francisco Rivera (former Palm Beach-Laguna) started as designated hitter and batted fifth.  0-for-3 at the plate.

Leon beat Laguna 15-9
