Former Cardinals Playing In MLB Spring Training 2-22-19: Mike Leake Strikes Out Two Over Two Scoreless Innings For The Win; Tate Matheny Singles & Drives In One Run; Tommy Pham Doubles Twice

Tate Matheny (former 2012 draft selection-Boston) started in centerfield and batted seventh.  1-for-2 with one RBI and one strikeout.

Boston beat Northeastern U 6-0

Shane Robinson (former St. Louis-Philadelphia) started in right field and batted sixth.  0-for-3 with one strikeout.

Tommy Pham (former St. Louis-Tampa Bay) started in left field and batted second.  2-for-3 with two doubles.

Philadelphia beat Tampa Bay 3-2

Nick Martini (former Memphis-Oakland) started in left field and batted leadoff.  0-for-3 with one strikeout.
Dean Kiekhefer (former St. Louis-Oakland) entered in the eighth and pitched one inning.  He allowed two hits, no runs, and struck one out.  (g/f:1-0)

Dom Thompson-Williams (former 2014 draft selection-Seattle) entered late in the game in right field and batted second.  1-for-3 with one strikeout.
Mike Leake (former St. Louis-Seattle) started and pitched two innings.  He allowed one hit, no runs, one walk, threw one wild pitch, and struck two out for the winning decision (1-0).  (g/f:3-0)
