Pirates Prospects has learned that the Pittsburgh Pirates have signed right-handed pitcher Vicente Campos to a minor league deal with a Spring Training invite. The 26-year-old Campos has prior Major League experience with the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2016. He is the cousin of current Pirates prospect Elvis Escobar.
