John Mozeliak and the top baseball executives from all 30 MLB teams are in Carlsbad, Calif. today and for the next few days for the 2018 GM Meetings. It's not as flashy of a time as baseball's Winter Meetings, happening in Las Vegas this December, but Mozeliak describes this week as laying the foundation for trades and free agent signings on the horizon.
