Stephen Strasburg left reason to be concerned after his first start back from the disabled list, when his velocity dipped and he was hit hard by the Phillies last week. He responded with an encouraging outing in the Nationals' 5-3 victory in Monday night's opener at Citizens Bank Park, beating the Phillies with six innings of two-run ball that helped ease some of those concerns.
