Former Cardinals Playing In NPB 8-2-18: Alejandro Mejia Hits A Two-Run Homer; Carlos Peguero Singles & Walks Twice; Brandon Dickson Strikes Out Three & Allows Two Runs Over Six Innings

Alejandro Mejia (former DSL-Hiroshima) started entered late in the game at first base and batted second.  1-for-2 with one home run, two RBIs, and one run.

Yakult beat Hiroshima 10-4

Carlos Peguero (former Memphis-Rakuten) started in right field and batted eighth.  1-for-2 with two walks and one strikeout.

Brandon Dickson (former St. Louis-Orix) started and pitched six innings.  He allowed four hits, one earned run, five walks, threw two wild pitches, and struck three out.  (p-s:122-70)
