Mike Matheny Firing Doesn't Solve All Cardinals' Problems, But Leaves Them With More Questions To Answer
Saturday night, following another loss to the Reds (CIN 8, STL 2), the Cardinals fired manager Mike Matheny and hitting coaches John Mabry and Bill Mueller. Bench coach Mike Shildt will take over as interim manager.
