This past offseason as word spread that the Cardinals and Tampa Bay Rays were talking about a trade, sparks flew into the wind that the Cardinals, shopping for a closer and curious about a third baseman, must be interested in saves leader Alex Colome or Evan Longoria. Even Longoria did the math.
