Former Cardinals Playing In The Mexican League 7-11-18: Daric Barton Homers & Drives In Three Runs; Niko vasquez Collects Two Singles & Two RBIs; Evan MacLane Strikes Out Four & Allows Two Runs Over Six Innings For The Win

Evan MacLane (former St. Louis-Dos Laredos) started and pitched six innings.  He allowed seven hits, two runs (one earned), one walk, hit one batter, threw one wild pitch, and struck four out for the winning decision (1-1).  (p-s:107-69)(g/f:8-2)

Dos Laredos beat Mexico 4-2

Richy Pedroza (former Peoria-Aguascalientes) started at shortstop and batted second.  1-for-4 with one double, one RBI, one run, one sacrifice, one strikeout, and assisted in one double play.

Oaxaca beat Aguascalientes 4-3

Rainel Rosario (former Springfield-Saltillo) started in centerfield and batted fourth.  0-for-5 with two strikeouts.

Daric Barton (former Peoria-Puebla) started at first base and batted third.  1-for-4 with one home run, three RBIs (two w/two-outs), one run, and one strikeout.

Puebla beat Saltillo 9-4

Cedric Hunter (former Memphis-Leon) started in centerfield and batted third.  1-for-4 with one run and grounded into one double play.
Niko Vasquez (former Springfield-Leon) started at shortstop and moved to second base, batting sixth.  2-for-4 with two RBIs (one w/two-outs), one run, and one strikeout.

Yefri Perez (former MiLB signing-Monclova) started in right field and batted second.  1-for-5 at the plate.
Zach Phillips (former Memphis-Monclova) entered in the ninth and pitched one inning.  He allowed no hits or runs, and struck three out.  (p-s:17-12)

Leon beat Monclova 6-4

Luis Garcia (former New Haven-Durango) started as designated hitter and batted fifth.  2-for-4 with one strikeout.

Durango beat Campeche 5-4
