Former Cardinals Playing In MLB 6-10-18: Albert Pujols Singles Twice, Walks, & Drives In Three RBIs; Randal Grichuk Collects Three Singles & One RBI; Max Scherzer Strikes Out Nine & Allows Two Runs Over Seven Innings

Randal Grichuk (former St. Louis-Toronto) started in right field and batted seventh.  3-for-5 with one two-out RBI, two runs, and one strikeout.
Aledmys Diaz (former St. Louis-Toronto) started at shortstop and batted eighth.  1-for-5 with two strikeouts and assisted in one double play.


Albert Pujols (former St. Louis-Anaheim) started as designated hitter and batted fourth.  2-for-4 with three RBIs (two w/two-outs) and one walk.

Zach Duke (former St. Louis-Minnesota) entered in the eighth and pitched one inning.  He allowed no hits or runs.  (p-s:8-4)(g/f:2-0)


David Freese (former St. Louis-Pittsburgh) entered late in the game as a pinch hitter and batted ninth.  0-for-1 with one RBI.
