Former Cardinals Playing In The Mexican League 4-13-18: Francisco Rivera Singles & Drives In Two Runs; Rainel Rosario Doubles, Walks Three Times, & Knocks In One Run; Richy Pedroza Collects One RBI



Francisco Rivera (former Palm Beach-Laguna) started in left field and moved to first base, batting seventh.  1-for-3 with two RBIs.

Luis Garcia (former New Haven-Oaxaca) started as designated hitter and batted sixth.  4-for-5 with one double.

Laguna beat Oaxaca 8-1

Daric Barton (former Peoria-Puebla) started at first base and batted third.  2-for-4 with two runs and two walks.

Durango beat Puebla 7-6

Cedric Hunter (former Memphis-Leon) started in right field and batted fifth.  1-for-4 with one strikeout and grounded into one double play.

Richy Pedroza (former Peoria-Aguascalientes) started at shortstop and batted ninth.  0-for-3 with one RBI, one sac fly, one strikeout, and assisted in three double plays.

Aguascalientes beat Leon 8-4

Rainel Rosario (former Springfield-Saltillo) started in right field and batted third.  1-for-3 with one double, one RBI, two runs, three walks, and one outfield assist.

Saltillo beat Tabasco 20-10

Ivan Bellazetin (former MiLB tryout-Dos Laredos) entered late in the game at third base and batted third.  0-for-3 at the plate.
Nestor Molina (former MiLB signing-Dos Laredos) entered late in the game as a pinch runner.

Yucatan beat Dos Laredos 3-2
