Former Cardinals Draft Selections Playing In College 4-10-18: Matt Vierling Doubles & Drives In Two Runs; Tristan Hildebrandt Walks Three Times & Hits A Solo Home Run; Jeremy Ydens Singles & Walks



Josh Burgmann (former 2016 draft selection-Washington) started and pitched three innings.  He allowed five hits, two earned runs, two walks, and struck two out.

Washington beat Gonzaga 5-3

Tristan Hildenbrandt (former 2014 draft selection-Hope International) started at shortstop and batted second.  1-for-3 with one home run, one RBI, two runs, three walks, and one strikeout.

Antelope Valley Beat Hope International 11-10

Adam Kerner (former 2017 draft selection-San Diego) started at catcher and batted sixth.  1-for-1 at the plate.

San Diego beat UC Riverside 11-2

Matt Vierling (former 2015 draft selection-Notre Dame) started at third base and moved to centerfield, batting fourth.  1-for-5 with one double, two RBIs, one run, and one error.

Notre Dame beat Michigan St 8-7

Jeremy Ydens (former 2016 draft selection-UCLA) started in right field and batted leadoff.  1-for-3 with one run, one walk, and one strikeout.

Long Beach St beat UCLA 5-2
