Kep Brown (former 2015 draft selection-UNC Wilmington) started in right field and batted seventh.  1-for-3 with one walk, one caught stealing, and one error.

Josh Burgmann (former 2016 draft selection-Washington) entered in the sixth and pitched two innings.  He allowed one hit, one unearned run, and struck one out.  (g/f:3-2)

Matt Vierling (former 2015 draft selection-Notre Dame) started in centerfield and batted fourth.  1-for-5 at the plate.

Wake Forest beat Notre Dame 9-3
