Saul Garza (former 2017 draft selection-Howard) was designated hitter and went 1-for-2 with one double, one RBI, and two runs.

Matt Vierling (former 2015 draft selection-Notre Dame) started at first base and moved to centerfield, batting fourth.  2-for-4 with one RBI and one walk.

Austin Pollock (former 2017 draft selection-Florida St) started and pitched six innings.  He allowed seven hits, three runs (one earned), one walk, hit one batter, and struck three out.  (p-s:101-58)

Florida St Beat Notre Dame 7-5

Jeremy Ydens (former 2016 draft selection-UCLA) started in right field and batted leadoff.  2-for-3 with one double, one RBI, and one error.

UCLA beat Washington St 5-4
