The Cardinals have adjusted their pitching rotation so that, after Monday’s scheduled off day, opening day starter Carlos Martinez will pitch on the normal four days’ rest against Miami on Tuesday. It also means that veteran righthander Adam Wainwright will start Wednesday’s game against Houston here.
