Major League Baseball, Nippon Professional Baseball, and the Major League Baseball Players Association have agreed to a deal that will allow Shohei Ohtani to be posted and eligible for signing this offseason, sources confirm to FanRag Sports. The deal will need to be ratified before it goes into effect, meaning that the earliest that Ohtani could be posted is next Friday.
