The commissioner’s office announced on Tuesday that five minor league players, including three in the Toronto Blue Jays farm system, have been suspended for drug violations. Pitchers Juan Jimenez, Naswell Paulino, and Jol Concepcion received suspensions from the Toronto system, as well as Kansas City Royals right-handed pitcher Travis Eckert and free agent left-hander Kevin Duchene.
