The known is that Cardinals lefthander Kevin Siegrist will report to the Cardinals’ spring training base in Jupiter, Fla., on Wednesday to accelerate his rehabilitation from a left forearm irritation. He is expected to pitch in at least two minor league games while there. If proven healthy, which he rarely has been this season, he could be added to the roster next week sometime, more likely when the Sept. 1 expansion for rosters begins.
