The Cardinals’ bullpen probably was overloaded with lefthanders at four. But that number was reduced by one Sunday when Kevin Siegrist, who has become less of an option in the Cardinals’ late-inning rotation lately, was placed on the 10-day disabled with left forearm tendinitis to make room for starter Adam Wainwright, who came off the DL.
