DSL: Cardinals Beat Nationals 5-2: Freddy DeJesus Singles & Hits A Two-Run Homer; Diego Cordero Strikes Out Five & Allows One Run Over Five Innings For The Win; Ivan Herrera Singles, Walks, & Knocks In One Run

Individual Highlights:
Carlos Soler started inc enterfield and batted leadoff.  3-for-5 with one double, one run, and two stolen bases.
Ivan Herrera started at catcher and batted third.  1-for-4 with one two-out RBI, one run, one walk, and one strikeout.
Freddy DeJesus started at first base and batted fourth.  2-for-5 with one home run, two RBIs, one run, two strikeouts, and assisted in one double play.
Alexander Samuel started in left field and batted fifth.  0-for-3 with one RBI, one run, one sac fly, and one hit by pitch.
Yowelfy Rosario started at third base and batted eighth.  1-for-4 with one two-out RBI and two strikeouts.
Erik Pena started as designated hitter and batted ninth.  2-for-4 at the plate.
Diego Cordero started and pitched five innings.  He allowed four hits, one earned run, and struck five out for the winning decision (3-4).  (g/f:4-4)
