Former Cardinals Playing In The Mexican League 7-1-17: Dan Johnson Released & Signed With New Club

Richy Pedroza (former Peoria-Aguascalientes) started at shortstop and batted ninth.  1-for-3 with one strikeout and assisted in two double plays.

Aguascalientes beat Quintana Roo 3-2

Rainel Rosario (former Springfield-Saltillo) started in right field and moved to first base, batting third.  1-for-4 at the plate.

Yucatan beat Saltillo 9-2

Francisco Rivera (former Palm Beach-Campeche) entered late in the game at first base and batted ninth.  0-for-2 at the plate.

Tijuana beat Veracruz 2-1 in 10 innings
