Tony La Russa’s new front-office title with the Arizona Diamondbacks is Chief Baseball Analyst. And, inasmuch as he has been in professional baseball for 56 seasons, one shouldn’t be surprised that, having already been an analyst for most of his life, La Russa has a potful of opinions.
