Peoria Beat Kane County 3-2: Kolten Wong Hits A Solo Home Run; Jordan Hicks Strikes Out Five & Allows Two Runs Over Six Innings; Yeison Medina Strikes Out Four Over Two Scoreless Innings For The Win

Individual Highlights:
Kolten Wong started at second base and batted leadoff.  1-for-3 with one home run, one RBI, one run, and assisted in one double play.
Andy Young started at shortstop and batted second.  2-for-3 with one double, one run, one hit by pitch, and one strikeout.
Andrew Knizner started as catcher and batted third.  1-for-4 with one double, one two-out RBI,  two strikeouts, and threw out two of three base runners.
Ryan McCarvel started at first base and batted fifth.  2-for-4 with two doubles, one run, and assisted in one double play.
Vincent Jackson started in left field and batted sixth.  1-for-2 with one double and two walks (one intentional).
Dylan Carlson started in right field and batted eighth.  0-for-3 with one RBI, one walk, and one strikeout.

Rough Outing:
Brian O'Keefe started as designated hitter and batted fourth.  0-for-4 with two strikeouts.
