The Johnson City Cardinals announced on Wednesday that they have hired Justin Rocke as the team's Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations for the upcoming 2017 season. The 25-year-old will serve as the Cardinals' play-by-play voice for all 70 games during the season, as well as being in charge of all media relations responsibilities for the Appalachian League club.
