The Midwest League announced the 2017 All-Star Teams on Wednesday and the Peoria Chiefs will be represented by five players at the June 20 game in Great Lakes. Catcher Andrew Knizner was voted in as a starter, infielders Andy Young and Stefan Trosclair were named as reserves while starting pitchers Jordan Hicks and Mike O'Reilly will be on the All-Star pitching staff. This is the second year in a row the Chiefs have had five players when the rosters were originally announced but sent six to Cedar Rapids when Magneuris Sierra was added as an injury replacement
