Could Jaime Garcia Help Struggling Cubs' Rotation?

The starting rotation was arguably the greatest strength for the Chicago Cubs last season. They finished the year with league-best totals in combined ERA (2.96), WHIP (1.07), and owned a record of 81-39 in games where their starting pitchers factored into the decision. Speaking of decisions, all of the team’s regular starters finished the year with at least 10 victories on their record, and all but one ended with at least 15 (sorry, John Lackey).
