This will be quiet most of the draft. Again, the Cards have two picks, pick 94 in the third round, and pick 124 in the fourth round. Because of the lack of a first or second round pick, their draft budget is limited, to $2.176 million, or $2.284 million without losing future picks. Therefor, we will be focusing solely on college talent for each of these picks.
