The Rays recalled right-hander Hunter Wood from Double-A Montgomery and right-hander Chih-Wei Hu from Triple-A Durham on Tuesday. As announced after Monday's game, Jose De Leon was optioned back to Durham, and outfielder Peter Bourjos was placed on the disabled list with "tennis elbow," retroactive to May 29.
